Hi Guys, wats up in Volvo. I am recent joiner to volvo,my manager is insisting I come to office 2 days a week and relocate to base location, he is insisting this is HR policy. Though I asked him I can work 8 days from office in a month together & rest from my home, but he is not accepting. Any advises how to mitigate this issue. Volvo

I'm so sorry that happened to you, that is the worst feeling. I think the best thing you can do is just try to pick up and move onto the next thing. I know that's much easier said than done, but you can't control what's already happened, so it's probably best to try not to dwell on it too much.

Behind the scenes are usually contributing factors like lack of resources, and overworking employees.
Figure out what systems out need to avoid it in the future.
Tell the prospect what happened, own your mistake. From a procurement perspective I like when supplies are real with me and own their errors it tells me what’s going to happen when something does eventually go wrong when working together. We are all only human. They missed deadlines too, they understand.
