Anyone gone from media agency side to client side or vice versa and have thoughts on it? Better/worse on either side? Thinking workload, work life balance, etc.

Does industry have billable hours? At the big 4, we are required to work a certain number of hours each week and if we spend too much time on anything we are questioned on why it took so long. Is that a thing when you go in industry?
