How could she get into IT company(fresher).Capgemini IBM Tata Consultancy

Actually did that for a project I’m about to wrap up post production on. It wasn’t a crazy big project but it’s still nice that we found an extra 10K to work with our first choice of director & get a dop to go with it.
Yup. It happend to me. They have the money. Trust me. They always do.
There always seems to be more money for a redo.
Whenever I get told that, the feedback is ALWAYS either “this isn’t BIG enough!” or “we can’t afford that!”
Never. This is a kissing cousin to ‘let’s do this next year’. Or, ‘let’s shelf this for now’. I see your euphemisms and I do not accept!
