Can anyone shed some light on quant funds please? https://groww.in/mutual-funds/escorts-tax-plan-direct-growth
I am seeing stellar returns and extremely low expense ratios but apparently since they're quantitatively managed algorithms, they don't account for things like corona for example.

Statistically speaking, these days, women are more likely to make it to college and to make it through college than men are. I'm not sure they need much more encouragement than we are already giving them, because what we are doing seems to be working. Perhaps the male students need a bit more encouragement, at this point.

I find myself often going above and beyond for first gen students. Those that will be first gen college students and/or first gen high school graduates. I am both, so it makes sense that I feel an obligation to those students given that the only reason I accomplished both was due to teachers who put themselves in my corner. I believe in paying that back for as many students as I can.
I have my college diplomas on my wall, so when they ask, girl or boy, I tell them all about it.
I make it a point to mention women who were engineers and mathematicians, but I teach math. There are still more male mathematicians than female, so I try to highlight role models for both guys and girls.
Yes! I model it more for my students though.
I teach Math. I also rewire and adapt "toys" to work via a switch for EC kids, work on computers, along with dabble in 3D printing and coding.
All students benefit and a great hook can get everyone's attention.

Should focus on both. Encourage both.

I think it’s important to reinforce girl power, but for me my caseload is primarily boys.
Absolutely!!!! In fact, this us a good idea because our girls need to know that there are lots of rewarding careers in the world for them to take a grasp on. You're a wonderful teacher to be focused on our future leaders!!!
I usually end up spending more time in class helping the boys. For reading and writing more of them seem to struggle.
