There are lot of mixed reviews about Nagarro.. some folks are saying Nagarro do not fire even in covid the only did the pay cuts and did not fire anyone... where as some folks are saying Nagarro is hiring rigorously more than their projects strength so firing will happen for sure and if you are on bench for more than 1 month you are in red zone as the same happened in past... what is the mystery.. can anyone from Nagarro an honest review about this organization.

Get the contract signed for the new place before you say anything
True. Or at least a booking email agreeing to rate and start/end dates. Ask around about how to do a kill fee. Like if the second place booked you, but their client canceled the job. A kill fee= “you booked me for a week, cancelled a day before, I turned down other work, pay me at least a portion of the week. “
Tell your current shop you are booked but would love to come back after. It’s all about making connections and building your personal brand.
You could tell the other place that your current place wants to extend you. This will let the other place know that you are demand and that they will need to book you or release you. If they book, then I would follow the advice from Freelance (from former Droga5)
Keep your word. Do the gig, you’ll leave the door open at both places. Tell the current place how much you enjoyed working there. If you leave the next place in the lurch that door closes.
