I think I have all of the above, not officially diagnosed though. It is very difficult to cope without medication. I’ve found that Kratom has helped my focus and drive immensely, especially through the long hours of busy season. It’s a plant-derived stimulant in the same family as the coffee plant, but it interacts with your opioid receptors. It’s federally legal and legal in most states but check your laws. You can get it at most smoke shops or from legit online vendors (it’s not like a black market thing lol)
Might not be the kind of answer you were looking for, but look into it if you’re interested. Good luck! The struggle is real!
I will look into that. Thank you!
I have ADHD and finally got the meds. Best decision ever snd I am on a very low dose. I couple that with exercise and it’s been night and day productivity wise especially working in public accounting.
Same exact thing for me
OP I try to stick to a routine. If it isn’t on my schedule I won’t do it.
I haven’t been formally diagnosed but my aunt has with ADHD. I have found that taking two capsules of a methylated b vitamin from Thorne has been a lifesaver. I am able to focus better at work and definitely notice a difference when I forget to take it. I am consistently amazed that I functioned at work and during COVID without taking this. I started taking this supplement in July of last year. https://www.thorne.com/products/dp/methyl-guard-reg
Remember, autism is a spectrum. Personally I have autistic traits and would probably test as on the spectrum, but if I got a formal diagnosis what would I do with that information?
I started therapy for anxiety and it helps A LOT. I agree that a lot of the recommendations are self care that nobody has time for. One thing that helps me with mine aside from therapy is to do activities that use a different part of the brain than the one causing anxiety. For example, mine is mostly from work and anticipation of things to come, so I start doing things that are less brain and more movement, like exercises classes where I don't have to think and activities that I know the outcome, like diamond painting
In addition to medication, I recommend therapist (one specialized with the conditions you posted) and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS).
You may want to request accommodations, like separate work area, headphones, additional breaks.
