Got a job offer with a lower base salary but a guaranteed bonus structure that puts me ahead of my current pay at the end of each year. Has anyone moved to a position with a compensation structure like this? Was it hard to adjust when it came to your monthly finances?

I am about to transition from being a junior partner at a large law firm (my practice has focused on private equity M&A) to Deputy General Counsel at a large-ish Pubco. I am already giving myself a crash course in public securities and corporate governance from my firm’s training materials and my cap markets partners, but I also wanted to poll the audience for other suggestions on how to become as prepared as possible for my new role please. Does anyone have any interview insights for Grant Thornton? I’m interviewing for CX Specialist and confused why it’s 2 half hour meetings and unsure what to expect or how to prepare.

Please help! I’m a CRC who manages Investigator- led clinical research projects and I want to transition to a PM role in industry (I would slightly prefer not a PM role in clinical trials since I don’t have clinical trial experience.) I’ve applied to PM roles at many biotech companies (e.g. Charles River, ICON, Paraxel) but only got 1 interview which didn’t work out. Which companies should I look to for an entry level PM role? Any good startups to consider? Anyone have any insight or advice?

As I have been given fixed salary and remote work. But on offer it states EPAM systems.
Could someone please let me know who has joined epam anywhere recently if on offer it’s mentioned as anywhere?
