How long does it take post the technical interview rounds to hear back from the recruiter?

What is Techno Managerial round in Mindtree? After the first Technical interview, HR called me and setup meeting for techno managerial round? What this round is all about?

Hi, Will TCS black list candidate if accepted the offer but didn't join. Informed HR 1 month before the DOJ. Can we apply for TCS again after 1 or 2 yrs or will they blacklist still?

I bagged an offer letter from Global Logic, for Automation Testing, but after connecting with team got to know they are using out dated tools for testing but while interviewing they asked about the latest tools which there in the market.
So can anyone guide me what to do now , is there any criteria to switch the project inside the GL only? How easy is getting to another project with GL?
