How many designers deliver work with notes about their design choices and decisions attached? Many experienced designers I’ve had the pleasure of working with provide fairly detailed summarizations their work (think >8-10 years of experience). Is that something that you do? Is that something you would do? Do the people you work with find it valuable?

I am currently working as an SCM functional consultant at Infosys on ERP tools like Fusion and 11i for the past 17 months; I have an interview scheduled at Deloitte USI for a similar profile.
