I am currently working as an SCM functional consultant at Infosys on ERP tools like Fusion and 11i for the past 17 months; I have an interview scheduled at Deloitte USI for a similar profile.

Can anybody share their interview experience so that it can help me to prepare better? Also, if anyone can share what all to expect in the interview, that will be very helpful

Deloitte US to USI move - how easy is the process? level remains same? difference in compensation?

Will JP Morgan give any joining bonus? I didn't get any joining bonus details in my offer letter .

Friend of mine was supposed to receive an offer (told verbally) from Deloitte and then just found out they are pausing on hiring the role. How common is that? Seems wildly unprofessional that none of the partners called and instead it was the recruiter conveying that news. At McKinsey, if that happened, the head of the practice or the office would personally make the phone call at the very least.

Looking for some insights on compensation range (base and bonus) for 3rd year Manager in Deloitte US, Customer Strategy and Applied Design practice (C&M). Would location influence the pay (for example New York vs So Cal)? Currently in Deloitte at another geographic and weighing joining Deloitte US or going freelance as an Innovation and Strategic Design consultant. I received a job offer from company A and am currently negotiating salary. I have an interview with company B next week and know that they offer a higher base pay. There’s no guarantee that I will be offered a job at company B but my gut is telling me that company B would be a better fit for me. Should I accept the offer from company A, continue interview process with company B and then rescind my offer with company A if company B offers me a job? Will I be burning bridges?

One more scenario when dealing with counter offer with holding offer for X.

Two company A&B gave more or less package X+3 Lakh.

Can we still negotiate with company A Or B to get top up from X+3 to make a clear decision to choose over one other.

Is this recommended approach?
