Is it worth joining Accenture Strategy as a Consultant (L9) with 6 YoE? How is the quality of projects ? What is work life balance like? How about base salary, bonus, perks?

I can submit my parents PAN details ( both are retired but they stay in Jharkhand) instead of my owners
