I have 4+ years of experience in full stack development with teck stack of React, Nodejs, AWS, MySQL/Postgress. I switched to my current firm one year back where they provided near about 100% hike to me and then after 3 months I got another 15% hike. Now my current sal is 15LPA and we have increment scheduled in next month. So could you please suggest how much hike I should ask for? As I can see there are lot of people's who are getting more than 30LPA.Should I look for a job change?
