The salary band gap across colleagues is widening, and it’s becoming hard to ignore. Culture here is great, but fair pay is a core part of retaining talent. If we keep overlooking this, we’ll continue losing capable people — not because they want to leave Sanofi, but because we leave them no choice.

I am working with an African fintech startup. The business has been bootstrapped from inception and is at the following stage of growth: Av. 2000 AMU,1000+ merchants are signed up, 38,000 +users registered, 15,000 + transactions recorded, with a current team of 10 persons, 5 of which are in sales. The market value for the business as at 2019 in W. Africa was $130 Billion and it is expected to grow to $205 Billion by 2024. The business plans to capture at least 40% of the market by 2024

I have a post-MBA offer with Accenture Strategy and I'm seeking advice on whether I should pursue this offer, or if I should continue to recruit for MBB (which may open more doors/opportunities). I previously worked 4 years at Deloitte Consulting.
