Are you missing school yet? I had to stop by the school yesterday to pick up some items that I had left in my classroom. It was the first time since June 2 (when we got out), that I didn't feel stressed when I walked in the door. The last grading period was so traumatic and horrible that I still cannot tap into teacher hype. I know I have to rewrite a lot of my lesson plans to meet new requirements, but how do I get back into the mode of loving my calling to teach?

How do you deal with references as a freelancer? Most of my past gigs - I had managers on paper but it was a formality as I led my own work so don't feel comfortable asking them to be a reference.

How to get released from the tcs project?
in the past i have seen My project manager has not given them a release, in the end they have to resign.
I am in a product support project, i want to switch to another domain.

I have been looking for job change and when I speak to HR's with the expectations of around 25 LPA fixed( my current salary is 15 LPA)... Most of the companies are directly rejecting my profile saying budget issue...
