At the weekends I really struggle to have a rest and chill as there’s no much to do around the house, then I end up feeling so tired for the week ahead. How do you allow some time to rest without feeling guilty?

I spread my chores and errands out throughout the week. I can never take a total rest day, but dividing tasks up gives me the perfect level of daily relaxation!

That’s a good point! I always feel so tired after work to do chores though.

Just start with small wins. Pick a single room to organize and knock that out. Sometimes once you get the ball rolling you realize you can actually do it. A great feeling

This is a great idea! I always try to start big.

You need to just do it. Sit there and do nothing. It sounds like you want someone to give you permission to do it - you have permission.
Run the errands some other time, delegate it or just let it go

Yeah, and I know that I’ll always feel better after having this rest!

I'll set a timer! For example if I'm really tired/out of it I'll set a timer for 30 minutes, I have to do housework during that time, and then I may chill afterwards. The proportion of time worked/time to rest depends on how tired I am and how overwhelmed the house tasks are making me feel.

I pay a cleaner to come biweekly. It has helped a lot.

I never feel guilty for taking me time.

I firmly believe leadership makes the difference.

Not only, it highlins each one's value, but especially spreads this value among others.
I'm speaking about life, in a broad sense, which also include work life, but it is not limited to that.

Looking for any kind of suggestion to improve my leadership: books, experiences, attitudes, daily-routine, ...

Thank you!
