Till yesterday, my profile status was "shortlisted" but now it is showing "parked". Any idea what does it mean ? Hi Fishes, Great to connect here. I cleared my R1 for PepsiCo for L4 level. The HR told me I would have to attend 2 more rounds and they would get scheduled based on the panel's availability. Can anyone please help me with what kind of rounds they are going to be? Any insights would really help me in my preparation.

First round cleared in november 2021, then HR called after 2 months for second round in Jan 22, now discusses the salary after 2-3 weeks and then again says to get back.
No communication courtesy, just randomly calls up. Any thoughts on What might be going on? Is this how gartner process works?

After CTC discussion with HR,she said she sent for approval.
Still no update from her end.
How much time it may take to get her back,as i have resigned in advance.
Resignation was based on technical rounds clearance confirmation and also due to headache for shortage of calls,for 90 days NP.

My HR round was completed on 11th Aug.. Today is 9th September still i have not received offer letter.. can anyone please tell me how much time it will take to receive offer letter.. HR is not receiving my calls emails.. Also communication person is not receiving my calls emails..

I have offer of 8.5 LPA from mindtree. Another company offered me 11LPA. Will mindtree revise the offer.
