Till yesterday, my profile status was "shortlisted" but now it is showing "parked". Any idea what does it mean ? Switching from commission to salary!

I’m considering a less sales-oriented role that doesn’t pay commission. The new role will have a higher base but lower overall earning potential.

What % haircut should be expected? As an example, if I make 100k (base + commission) today, would it be realistic to ask for 90k (10% cut) + equity to make up the difference?

I'm a cashier. We just got a new manager, and she's making things really hard for us. She starts work at 4:30am and leaves around 2:30pm, but she still expects us to stay until 6pm and work on the weekends! She gives us really long shifts and doesn't give us much time for breaks. And when we ask her about it, she gets mad.

Still no update from her end.
How much time it may take to get her back,as i have resigned in advance.
Resignation was based on technical rounds clearance confirmation and also due to headache for shortage of calls,for 90 days NP.

I have cleared an interview with mindtree but they said they can only offer me 9 lpa as their budget but I already have an offer of 10lpa,shall I send my 10 lpa letter to them to match or wait to get a better offer and latter ask them to match it ?

I have not received that mail yet, how long it will take
I have received the digi verification link and I have completed it.
If I didn't receive the pre onboarding document link will it impact the joining.?
