My profile was shortlisted approximately 2 weeks ago and I had my HR discussion. They have been telling that my profile has been sent for approval from Business team. Till yesterday, my profile status was "shortlisted" but now it is showing "parked". Any idea what does it mean ? Can I expect an offer letter from Mindtree and if yes, how long does it take generally ? Mindtree

After CTC discussion with HR,she said she sent for approval.
Still no update from her end.
How much time it may take to get her back,as i have resigned in advance.
Resignation was based on technical rounds clearance confirmation and also due to headache for shortage of calls,for 90 days NP.

I have cleared an interview with mindtree but they said they can only offer me 9 lpa as their budget but I already have an offer of 10lpa,shall I send my 10 lpa letter to them to match or wait to get a better offer and latter ask them to match it ?
