How would you rank the AWS certs from most to least marketable?
I'm a functional person looking to get more technical and already have CP and SAA.

Will be leaving for a competitor (different consulting firm) soon and trying to figure out how to approach 2 weeks notice. I have several weeks of unused vacation still - will / can my firm force me to use my vacation time during my two week notice period? I’m currently being considered for a job and received a call last week from HR to discuss the organization’s health/retirement benefits and what my salary expectations are. Still no official offer yet, but I was told that the process could take some time. Is the call from HR a good sign?
