Recently i was selected for a Talent acquisition role, i heard earlier that Publicis sapient is giving Wfh to all employees but for my case they are asking to be onsite.
Is it only for Talent acquisition team they are only asking to be onsite?
Because I heard for some of my friends who are working in developing side are asked to do Wfh.

I feel like I'm at my wits end. I teach self-contained classes and according to the ISBE website my classes shouldn't be more than 8 students unless I have an aide - then it can be 10. I have no aide and most of my classes are around 14 kids. Some with behavior plans that are only out of our behavior room setting for my class... I have few queries can anyone please help me regarding this.
In ELSS mutual the total we can save save tax is 1.5lakh. Do we need to invest yearly 1.5 lakh yearly to save tax? I am planning to have a Sip of 5000 monthly for 3 years. So total money invested in 3 years will be around 60000 * 3 = 180000.
Will that be sufficient to save tax or Do I need to have a sip of 12000 per month to save tax.
