I was able to work in office settings agter 5 yesrs in hospitality. This was in 2021. I'm not sure about your background, but what helped me was having a bachelors.
Considering what I've heard about the job market and friends, it will be harder to transition now. You may be able to find remote work, but because that is being phased out (depending on what field you're getting into), your prospective employer may want you to have in-person office experience first. I have a feeling they would want this to demonstrate that you will be "actually" working.
When I was first starting working in offices, people would ignore the rest of my resume and focus on my hospitality experience. Saying "this is going to be an adjustment for you" and "I'm looking forward to a free shake."
Don't let them undermine you. Little do they know, offices already run like food service, especially dealing with people and coworkers. They just think they're above it and they must function differently than a lower class, then be entitled to said services. In fact, they too want to sleep with their coworkers and perform mundane tasks like a factory.
Sorry for the rant at the end, but I wish you the best of luck.
