Been job hunting since March with 4–5 interviews so far. I do see improvement each time, but there’s always something where I fumble, and I keep wondering if that’s what’s costing me the role. 90% goes well acc to me, With no real feedback beyond generic rejections, it’s hard to diagnose the gap. For PM roles in India - how do you assess what’s going wrong and systematically improve?

Though my current company is an mnc but not that big and no work pressure is there, amazing work life balance. I am a visually impaired practitioner in South Africa, with 7 years of experience, and as soon as recruiters or business owners hear/read that I'm disabled, the conversation gets awkward and I never hear from them again.

I was a contractor for a big company and they just let me know that my last day is December 30th. I got this position thanks to a recruiting company that has been great and gives me benefits.
Should I:
- Continue working with the recruiting company, hoping that they will find another position for me? (as they told me they will, and when they applied me I started working with my current company within 2 weeks)
