Being a manager to a toxic person is one of the hardest parts of the job. You’re trying to support them, but also protect the team. For those who’ve been there: what helped you handle it without letting the rest of the team suffer?

Have any of you vets felt crappy and found out it was low testosterone? I recently had a blood test and found this out myself, from looking online it appears that this is pretty common in a lot of vets and men in general. I’m curious if this is a common thing that I just didn’t know impacted a lot of vets and / or could be service related.

Have you ever seen a “left this industry to open a small business” success story? Not a consultancy business... like a store, restaurant? Is it a cliche and unrealistic pipe dream?

Hey fishes. I have been offered Management Consultant role with CTC break up in terms of JB, RB, fixed and variable. So is the fixed amount my gross salary without any other deduction except TDS, or will the organisation contribution to PF be also deducted from the fixed component? Also, will claimable components like LTA, mobile bill reimbursement etc. be in addition to this fixed component or will they be included in it?
