I am planning to leave my firm after busy season and I am wondering if I should let them know this is my last busy season or stay quite and just give my 2 weeks after busy season? I really like the people I work with and I think I could boomerang (read to many posts of people who boomerang and I fit the "type"). Trying to laterally move to another in house position. At my current company, Counsel is a Manager level position while Senior Counsel is a Director level and General Counsel is Senior Director. Would like to find if Counsel is a Director role at other companies.

Have you had to change your start date after accepting an offer and how did it go? I told them I need to give 30 day notice and so I set my start date (incorrectly) assuming the background check and drug screen would take a few days to clear. However, the drug screen is now taking over a week and a half (still not finished, maybe tomorrow). Apparently things are much slower due to staffing issues and labs are backed up. It’s cutting into my 30 day notice significantly. Thoughts?

My new job occasionally requires me to review vendor agreements. I don’t have any background in this area and am trying to get up to speed. My department doesn’t have a document management system, so it’s tough to find old agreements as precedent. Any recommendations for books or other sources - or any words of wisdom? Thanks!

2. Neev systems - 23LPA (5%VP)

Neev systems is ready to negotiate it with CGI. And both companies have their own benefits.

Neev's hike is good compared to CGI(almost double) & CGI have some additional perks like cab facility, Creche allowance, mobile, internet bills reimbursements and additional 5% shares.

Both might have similar WLB (12-9pm).
