At what point is it okay to ignore work-related emails and messages when you're on vacation? I'm on PTO and have not gone a single day without opening my work laptop. They ask me to work on things when they know I am on PTO. Managers also keep sending meeting invites on my calendar when it's blocked off with out of office.

Hey friends. How much have people cut their rates w/ the pandemic? I have a gig through a staffing firm at $80/hr. Pre COVID was at $112/hr or $900 day. Trying to get them to bring it back up because I’m not even working 40 hrs & w/ taxes as barely making above unemployment. How much should I push them? What rates are people seeing for senior strat / associate director?
