Yes if the tables are spaced out and the set up allows for airflow
I have not eaten at a restaurant since March since I can just as easily pick up food (or make it at home) and eat at home. I just can’t justify putting myself or others at risk when there’s a very reasonable option available.
KPMG1 - You either don’t have anyone in your life who has gotten it or who is immunocompromised and at risk. Or maybe you just don’t have anyone in your life at all. ⭐️

Yes, both indoor and outdoor dining are fine. Have done both in the past 3 months.

It was a serious question - that’s awesome if you have easy testing nearby!
Don't you feel some social responsibility to try and support restaurants and their workers, or are you just OK to see that side of the economy collapse?
You can get takeout and still tip well - you would still “support the restaurant industry” while not putting staff and yourself at risk. That’s what I do anyway
Outdoor, yes. Not indoor. CDC just revised guidelines to say that COVID can be transmitted airborne, and that the virus can stay active for several hours in a suspended state in the air. As long as you have ventilation and social distance, it should be OK.

I refuse to do indoor dining. It’s not *as* safe in general. I’d rather do lower risk activities
Comfortable with dining, comfortable with going to the gym, comfortable going to the client. Not only do I have no symptoms or positive tests but I do not know anyone in my network with positive tests.
For the love of all things sacred and holy - please God, let my gym stay open. 🙏
6 days a week since Memorial Day and it’s the only thing besides my cat that is keeping me sane during 2020.
Haters gonna hate. If you don’t want to workout....fewer people, better times for me. Y’all jump in and hate now, I got my workout in today and I’m not griping about eating my misery away and packing on the pounds.

I a related note, I noticed I saved A LOT of money when restaurants were closed. And I ate better quality food too. But I digress
Not at all, you’re literally sitting on the road. People walking pass by you, dust from the road from cars driving by. Idk why people choose to dine outside like that.....
I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve done this (but would estimate 2-3x per week ever since outdoor dining started in NYC). Indoor still feels like a stretch though
Outdoor yes (not often) and not if it’s a bustling spot. Indoor had to once bc I did a road trip and that was the only place to get food in that small town. The lady in the booth behind me was coughing and it f’ed up my whole dinner. Ate fast and left.

No, the virus is still there
Outdoor yes, Indoor no. Only if the outdoor tables are reasonably spaced apart and it is obvious that the restaurants is taking safety seriously.
There were a few restaurants I decided not to dine at because it looked packed and negligent

Outdoor dining or indoor dining that is open air (meaning those floor to ceiling windows that open up), I'm ok with so long as it's not crowded and tables are spaced apart. TBH though I rarely eat out anymore.
I find I can make better food that I enjoy more at home (more of a recent discovery). I'm also introverted so didn't really enjoy going out to restaurants and bars anyway. For social gatherings I'd rather meet up with my friends in the park and picnic. So I guess to sum up, I don't do outdoor or indoor dining anymore.
And no I don't feel obligated to spend money at restaurants. They don't sell a product I want.
Yes, in part because I already had COVID back in March.

First couple of times were strange and not enjoyable because I was so paranoid. I’d wash my hands, get ready to eat, then touch the ketchup bottle or adjust my seat with my hands and then worry if I need another trip to the bathroom sink. Then I got over it.
