Hours are long, and sound bad on paper but more manageable than ppl let on

Every day’s a chance to impress seniors or add real value to founders — exciting IMO

Working hard is more fulfilling than coasting; the constant personal/professional growth is rewarding

The process of breaking in was long and frustrating, persistence was tested but staying the course was the only way
