Can anyone please let me know the cooling period in OpenText? I had an interview two months ago, but HR informed me that I wasn’t selected. When can I apply again?

I feel inadequate and unsure of how or if to acknowledge the US/Buffalo racist murders and terrorism of this weekend in the workplace. I don’t want to do disservice or unintentionally further traumatize anyone. I know my Black colleagues are traumatized. I am horrified. And yet we just have our meetings and I guess compartmentalize it away.
