X lookup https://youtu.be/txK0C6SkaMg?si=TUaOziFyOqAyniqn
Agreed. X lookup is far superior to vlookup. You can also do lookups in power query. I'll use power query when I'm making a dash board and I'll use xlookup if I'm just doing a quick ad hoc

I am a big fan of using Google. You can often times find multiple videos to watch and sometimes a better option on a formula to use for your project.
Thank you all!
Vlookup is an awful formula especially if you change a column or your column # is a hardcoded number versus linked to a cell with a dynamic number.
Xlookup is better but not substantially.
=Index(match) eliminates all that concern, and once you have the formula down/understand it, it’s quite straightforward.
