If it’s your data table for presentation. I always doing to the rounding on a separate table that doesn’t need to look pretty, then just simple lookups.
It is a bit annoying, but it fixes this issue
Or just cover your arse and have a footnote explaining that due to rounding, totals may not match exactly the sum of numbers on screen.
Not sure I understand what you are looking for.
The proper way to round numbers in Excel is by using ROUND(reference, number of digits), but of course rounding the sum of the numbers will not give the same result as summing the rounded numbers. That’s usually ok in most professional settings, although a footnote is good practice.
A footnote is best as others have said.
I find that even when dealing with investors, lenders, and other 3rd parties, noone gives a damn if things don't downadd. Which is great, because it's a real pain!
My typical footnote says something like "figures and calculations may not downadd as they are based on underlying data"
