Is it normal for a big4 to take over two months in the interview process? Since end of January I've had five interviews w team members, including with the partner who leads the practice I'd be joining. Still no word. Scratched quarter panel. Analysis of estimates: some auto body companies say you need to blend paint from damaged quarter panel to door, others say just repaint my messed up quarter panel and don’t touch the door. So that makes my quotes apples and oranges. And it makes me question the quality of those who say they are not blending into the door.
