I have offered Microsoft client project for dynamics 365. Can anyone please let me how is this project? I want a good work life balance. Can anyone please suggest any good project in dynamics 365?

I just had an employee tell me they are on the verge of quitting due to burnout- actually going to quit but was told to talk to HR for options (we don't have any in place). The manager wants to keep them as they are one of our best employees.

Any recommendations on how to help alleviate burnout when the cause is from customers rather than the company? Is it worth it to let the employee leave and spend months looking for a replacement causing more stress/burnout with others?

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get into project work or contract work? I’m hoping to leave public by January and need a break from corporate America for awhile. I want to stay remote and not be committed to 40 hours a week.
