I think it depends on your team.
My first year at Klick was rough. I had a terrible manager that didn’t want to mentor or guide me. I requested to change teams and now I absolutely love it.
I’ve been working at Klick for almost 3 years now.
The culture is great, but I will say I definitely drink the kool-aid. I participate in a lot of events and help initiate new ones. I’m a regular peer buddy to help onboard new hires. (I like to engage in more than just my 9-5 and I enjoy being a brand ambassador.)
While this is my first Pharma gig and it was a pretty steep learning curve, I feel more satisfied with my job here than when I worked at other companies.
It’s ok, well organized and they do try to treat people well. Business also seems rock solid.
It absolutely depends on your team. My team lost a big chunk of business earlier this year and has been extremely slow ever since. Good news is that there have been no layoffs (which is huge), bad news is that people have been anxiously awaiting next steps for months while being farmed out to help other teams in the meantime.
The culture itself is great, the process is abysmal and inconsistent across teams but they are making strides to fix that. I’ve been here for 2 years and overall have really enjoyed the experience but as with anywhere there is room for improvement.
Agree it depends on the team. Been here almost 4 years, same team. If I ever need a resource, Klick makes sure to get it for me, whether an expert on something or a bigger team
Leadership recently announced they want people back in the offices one day a week beginning in just 3 weeks. Most people I’ve talked to aren’t happy about this decision. I wouldn’t be surprised if people start leaving over this.
