When you know no one will bother you during the day - for whatever reason - and you have a full day of drafting ahead of you…. Do you work high? Or is that an absolute no-no? I find that I get really hyper focused on details while high which can help with drafting, but just wondering if anyone else does this too.

I’ve been in my current position (Bookkeeper) for 4 years now. I’m highly interested in taking the PHR, and I’m wondering if I would qualify for the 4 year HR professional job requirement to be eligible to test for the certificate. I got interviewed at infosys two days back.
When can I expect to hear back from them.
Also all the questions that were asked to me were written coding questions(Write block of code) none were verbal.I could write all answers but none was 100% correct.

At last I asked the interviewer about feedback as in where was I wrong. He said at couple of places and he explained me where was I wrong.

Do you all think I will be rejected?

Interviews are really something... Highest highs off good experiences and lowest lows off rejections. I just might keep doing this as a masochistic pastime 😅
