I'd continue where you are but it doesn't hurt to look elsewhere and see if there's a better option that would offer better working environment while also sponsoring you. How long until you get your certificate?
Definitely pursue the RN!
Unfortunately the drama and BS doesn't stop at RN. But I would encourage you to complete it. You have a lot of clinical experience already and the considerable bump in pay (and status) is worth the cost in time, money, and stress from school.
Where are you at in the nursing program? Definitely continue to pursue that, it will pay off.
Pursue an RN license or parametric.
I would personally finish it out because in the long run, it'll mean better career prospects
I definitely think you should pursue it. I think you have already made a tiny step closer so it would be best to just continue and finish what you started. Hope everything goes well, OP!
Do you need phlebotomy to become an er tech where you live? I just started as an er tech and while I have previous phlebotomy and iv experience, they train you without a phlebotomy cert. I would say pursue your RN while working as an ER tech. It’s great experience!
