Hello Folks,
My LWD with current organization is on 30-Sep-2022.
I have an offer with HCl and joining date is on 3-oct-2022.
I have cleared the TCS technical and managerial round and got an email to upload the documents to proceed further with HR discussion, an I have done it yesterday.
But my priority is to go with TCS, but the doubt is will TCS provide offer or joining letter before 30-Sep-2022, because only 6 days left to complete my LWD.
Any suggestions to handle this.

I would try getting a referral for Amazon. I have heard that it is easier to get your foot in the door there with a referral from someone. You might try the job referral bowl.
It depends on the area and managers. Some facilities have the hiring and Ops managers being kind of clannish in actions to where they'll focus of certain specs or locations for their hiring. Like my former facility, anyone higher than a floor employee either had to be right out of college or a somewhere between direct friend or friend of a friend in order to get hired for any supervisory position.
1. Choose what position you want to apply for.
2. Click on apply on company website (if seen on glassdoor or other job sites)
3. Create account. If you already work for Amazon and trying for a different position, do not use your amazon email address or you're going to get messed up.
4. When the accounts made (and verified) then "search" out the position you want if it doesn't load when you create your account. If you want a shortcut, just go back to the site you saw the job you want to apply for. If you click apply on company website, it should take you directly to the page.
5. Click apply and follow the prompts. After filling the information, some positions require you to take an assessment.
If you work for Amazon already, you can apply through AtoZ. But if you are issued a network security verification key, you're going to need to be on the company internal network and on one of their systems to complete.

Something isn't set up right then. Did you double check area and job areas on the left? Since I can't see your screen I can't say, but it sounds like there is something set wrong for location/job as well as possibility of your location (zip) may be too far from Amazon locations based on pre-set distance. But, that sounds strange. If you could, list a job title and a general area for a job you're looking for and I'll look it up on my own app.
Amazon AtoZ basically suffers from "let's put our mark on it" to where they keep screwing it up with every update it seems. Simply put, if they can screw it up they will just to seem relevant to the higher ups. From preset miles that may hide jobs being set in the search to employees with security keys not being able to see/apply for different jobs unless they're directly on the network, they've screwed it up kinda bad. But, if you deem to give me a general location and job you're looking at, I can check on my app.
