Expenses are low and saving $3500 a month. Thoughts, besides hating on my GBTC & crypto?

I have a offer from a good company for 19 LPA fixed , EOP 6.9 years. I have resigned in Accenture ,but management wants to retain in promising an immediate 2 weeks onsite to Europe. At the same time I will be receiving hike letter this week for promotion to L9 and management informed that I may get upto 40% hike. Current CTC is 12+3 variable. What should I do? Total experience of 5 years. I started working with Accenture from last six months. However I applied an IJP transfer into a different deal in same level my package is 4.65 lpa and the team in which I am moving, the minimum budget for an associate is 9lpa. Am I eligible for hike? Can I ask for hike? If yes, then how much descent hike I can ask for. If no, then I will be not eligible for my next hike as I am changing the team, till 1 year there will be no changes in my package.

Currently, with Accenture for over 3 years joined as lvl 12.2 and now on 11.2. Working as so called lead but leads are lvl 10. Annual CTC after revision 6.5LPA. Please advise should I wait for lvl 10 or should I make switch. If switch then which company to try for.

I have offer from Accenture with 15.5 LPA with 21percent VPA including 3.25 L variable pay. The pay is for Level 10 and domain is SAP, YOE is 4.6. So what is the pay range for Level 10 and I do have counter offer so can I negotiate further with Accenture.
