Can someone suggest how can I get through the screening at Publicis or other Big 4 agencies? I do have work experience of 3 years, but it's not from the UK. To be honest, I've been trying to break into Publicis for a while now, but I haven't had any luck.

I was hoping someone could guide me on how I can improve my chances of getting through the first screening step. I would greatly appreciate any advice you can provide. Thank you!

I’ve been working for a small investment firm for about a year and am having some issues with my boss. We have a weekly check-in but he’s ALWAYS 2-3 hours late, or skips the meeting altogether without warning. He also never replies to any of the emails I send. Our senior creative leadership keep talking about winning Cannes Lions and D&AD pencils but none of them have actually won any since 2007 (that’s 14 years 😭 ) and between all three of them they’ve never won more than a couple of silvers, a couple of bronzes and a couple of in-books (that’s with a combined experience of over 60 years 😭).
