Can we start the notice period once we get the offer proposal. Or do we have to wait for official offer letter for starting the notice period in current org.

You can start notice period once u receive proposal

Wait for official offer letter

Ask this from HR/TA, Sanofi

I think you should wait for offer letter as global transition is going on and they are postponing releasing of offer letter so that joining dates can be extended. Before putting your paper ask this from coordinating HR/TA at Sanofi to be on safer side.

Official offer letter is always good

Do tech companies like FAANG hire strategy consultants? Starting at an MBB/T2 next year and curious if tech companies leverage consultants as much as other industries. I’m interested in becoming a product manager but I don’t think I have the right background. My background is in enablement/product training/L&D. I don’t have a technical background. I work closely with the PMs at my current company and would love to get to do what they do. Is it possible to be a product manager without a technical background? Are there any certification type programs that could boost my credentials and employers would actually care about? Or is this transition a pipe dream?
