Job is perfect match for her skillset. They asked for her expectations, she said 90. They told her range for the job was 90-110. Offer was made at 90 (50M valuation start up). Also got stock option (24k for 4y vesting, valuated at 50k today) Convinced her to negotiate for 110. Is that too late? What arguments to use?

I just started a new job 2 months ago, benefits and PTO don’t start until 90 days in so I still have a month before I can take off any time, and today found out my company doesn’t offer paid maternity leave.

I am pregnant and don’t feel pregnant most of the time. I’m only 6 weeks so have to wait awhile before any visual confirmation. And then you worry about all the ones after that before 24 weeks or so. How do you cope? I am trying to be positive. I’ve had a miscarriage before so I’m nervous as well. I try some calming meditation and things like head massages but that lasts an hour tops!!

I just had my first ultrasound and they’re telling me I’m only 6w3d… but I really thought I was 7w6d based on my last period and conception date (I’ve been tracking everything with Flo). It feels off to me bc I’ve tested positive for 4 weeks now. How do you know what to trust?

Did you do the NIPT? I just had my first prenatal appt and they scheduled me for the NIPT at 10 weeks. I’m a little nervous and anxious. Did anyone get it and got a false positive? Do you not recommend it? I wish I could ask family but we’re not telling anyone until the 12 weeks mark.

Any advice on TTC after ectopic pregnancy? Seems like it won’t happen for me. It’s been 7 months

Has anyone been successful in negotiating the schedule on a global pregnancy bill? My provider won't bill by visit and split the global cost into four payments all due by the 28th week. Anyone else struggling with hormones / mood swings? I am almost 16 weeks and been having a real tough time lately, feeling really down and stressed about things. I’m around 21 weeks and have been dealing with a lot of leg, tailbone, back, and general muscle pain. Since I do work long hours Monday- Wednesday (10hr +) I’m trying find a comfortable chair to switch to. Any recommendations? Currently I’m switching every hour or so between my kneeling chair and standing.

Starting second trimester, has anyone had really bad upper back pain like inbtwn shoulder blades? If so, pregnancy pillow help? Also starting to get pain lower abdomen/stomach. Think it’s everything stretching inside, but didn’t know if something could help!
