Recently left as a mid tenured Canadian EM. Was in the running for 3 remote US jobs at around 350k but chose a local Canadian opportunity at ~300k. I expect you could get something in your range for sure.

Keep in mind that US EMs often find opportunities for 350k US which is over 500k CAD at current rates. I was technically selling myself short to the US orgs by asking for ~230k USD given my role and experience.

1. Former colleagues, esp. AP and above
2. Shockingly, the "Consulting Exit Opportunities" bowl here
3. Recruiter reachouts
4. LinkedIn cold applications

Measured effectiveness as percentage of opportunities that progressed and the number of stages I reached in the process.
