Hi, just wondering how the staffing situation has been in strategy consulting in general? My sibling started a job in strategy in Silicon Valley 2 months ago after MBA. She has been on the bench for 2 months and was informed that there has been a shortage of jobs (within the job) and the amount of people on the bench is getting high. I have been on bench since I joined the firm 3 months ago. Now I have got project but still on bench. I have got mail regarding not raising snapshots because I was on bench so i didn't do anything except trainings and some learning. I don't have hours to raise snapshot for.

Hello, I am a junior business administrator working in advisory operations. I have been with the company for 6 months, and was employed along with 2 other colleagues. I have picked the job up really fast and am even doing some “extra curricula’s” I really love my job. However I have recently found out I am being paid the same as an apprentice on my team, I usually do at 3 x the work he does whilst also doing my Cert CII. I passed out in 2013 and started job in 2015 on contractual basis till mid 2017 and during this Many payroll companies changed for that particular contract and in this duration my PF, tax didn't deduct and no record in PF portal. Then joined Infosys in mid 2017. So now wanted to know can I show my experience from 2017 to apply in companies as for bgv many companies ask for PF statement or form 16 for all previous companies. How should I deal for 4 years gap if i show exp. from 2017 ?
