After successfully clearing all interview rounds and verification checks with LTIMindtree, I expected timely communication and closure. Instead, I was met with unnecessary delays, vague responses, and prolonged silence from HR — despite multiple follow-ups still no concrete answer.
The way HR engages with candidates directly reflects on the company’s culture.
I hope LTIMindtree takes this feedback seriously and works toward building a more respectful environment

3 Things to keep in mind which changing jobs:
1. Always ask dedicated budget for the job before you tell your expectations.

2. Always have atleast 2 weeks of gap before you join any company. You might not understand significance of that but just have a gap.

3. Always talk to people of team you will be joining before you accept offer or atleast before you join company.

I was in the office (pre-c19) on the Friday after thanksgiving so I could get some stuff done while it was empty. A peer Director was also there and asked me for help with something. I helped him a for while, then he said, “this is really helpful, I have to go to an all team meeting for 30 minutes, but could we finish after that?” Me: “an all team meeting today?” Him: “yeah, I always schedule an all team meeting on days like this so people can’t pretend to wfh when they are really on pto.” smh 🤦‍♂️
