Capgemini vs Infosys – Power Automate role, which one to join

My sister has job offers from both Capgemini and Infosys for Power Automate / Power Platform roles. Joining date is July 10, and she need to decide soon.

Which company currently has better project exposure in Power Automate? Also, considering work culture, growth, and overall job stability – which one would you recommend?

Hello all, I’m planning for a career switch. As I’m currently in Finance sector and planning to quit my job and to start my career in IT Hardware companies like: HP, Dell and Lenovo etc.. Before taking this jump I want to know how is the career growth in IT Hardware, how is the promotion structure in such companies. I personally don’t like my present job as it doesn’t relate any part of my interest.

Has anyone faced this that Capgemini HR expect you to respond fast till they collect documents. After that they stop responding. This is frustrating and funny as in why to waste everyone’s time
