Joined for one project but after joining position went on hold. WFM assigns learning to switch skill sets which are denied by employee. After threshold HR asked that colleague to resign.
If they don't have surety why hiring and troubling people as so many same skill people are on bench in LTM.
Just playing with the new joiner and existing employees career.

I may have a better offer which could be shared only next week as approvals are in process , which offers me wfh option and a little better package and my joining in the next company LTI is on 8th Nov, I am unable to push the joining date to buy some time as HR denied on the same , please suggest me how should I tackle this situation as I’m more interested to join the one giving WFH ? Need inputs asap as I have to take a call today.

Does LTI change joining date , my issue is my notice period is 30 days remaining but due to some dependency it may be extended 10 to 15 days. What can I do in this situation ?

Hi peeps. Need a suggestion , I am about to switch for a change and I have an offer from LTI for PM but my current location is noida. I have been offered in Bangalore but moving there is little tricky with growing kids and family. How long WFH is going to go and how is the growth ladder provided I take this opportunity and switch and wait for things to happen. How much does a project manager travel and how will this role help?. Please help
