Indeed if they don't have enough work why they are hiring people. My recommendation is not to join this company

LTM is never going to be successful or get clients as it has taken bad wishes of so many people i.e they were hired giving big hikes and fired as no projects and these people have families and emis to pay but now are made jobless.

They want sexual favours from females the WFM was a creep in bench period you see most are men who remain unallocated they managers are also creeps here so avoid them they literally want female with no skills over a male with with great skills Bench manager openly flirts with female employee on call such a shame

Won't defend LTM but I have yet to see such behaviour in LTM,I in LTM for double years,yes there might be some doing that but very rare.
