Clarification on Interest u/s 234c being charged

I am a salary professional / individual.

I am trying to file an online ITR 2 for current AY. I have paid the entire tax (FY 24-25) through my employer.

I am eligible for a refund. But ITR portal is showing interest u/s 234c and my refund is getting adjusted after deducting interest amount.

My question is - when have I already paid full tax before 31-Mar-25 (TDS deducted > Tax Payable) and have a refund, why interest u/s 234c being charged?

How can I add multiple characteristics within one cell and make sure that a pivot table can read both values independently if needed? Wondering where I should focus us as a services industry for big impact: we have a large product innovation, digital engineering area, and know in the past we've had a lot of lip service to clients and only recorded ESG for their compliance.

I did not file ITR for FY 2020-21.I had actually earned around 3,34,000 becoz I wrote master thesis for foreign students and I got online payment in my acc. So is that taxable?
If yes, then my total income will become 521121.

2ndly, whats the penalty for late filing ITR?

Thirdly, I left my previous job on 02 March, 2021, so I received the Feb 21 & March 21 on April 2021. So does it come under FY 2020-21? OrFY 2021-22?

Can anyone please help me here.
I have made my tax payment in July 2022 but yesterday (15 Nov 2022) I receive an email that tax payment is due for assessment year 2022-23

I called to help desk and he advised to raise rectification request from Tax portal and update the challan number. I tried to raise request but need to upload some XML or json file there. I am not sure how to upload or modify that file.

Does anyone know what steps need to follow as I already made my tax payment.
