How does the actual design process work at Accenture beyond the theory of Design Thinking?

I’d love to understand:
• How tasks are assigned within projects
• The real workflow between UX researchers, UI designers, PMs, and developers
• Which stages are followed most practically in day-to-day work
• How Design Thinking is adapted for enterprise/client projects

Been doing privacy for about a year now in-house. Got my CIPP/US.
Having major imposter syndrome still. I feel like the minute I finally have a grasp, something changes. The law and nuances just seem overwhelming. Maybe it’s just a lack of guidance/uniformity in the US. I’m not sure if I feel this way because it is simply the nature of the work or because I’m just not capable.

Hey all! My organization is looking to hire an Account Manager/Director/Customer Success person that will be managing junior consulting resources with clients. They will be placing them with those clients and then managing them. Are there any roles like this out there in the ecosystem or that maybe some of you are currently in?
