$50 max sis. Currently killing it in an H&M dress I bought on sale for $10. Total outfit today is like $30, including tights! ππππ
I spend $250+ per item on average for some key reasons:
1) I invest in good quality clothing because they make me look sharp and the clothes last long - cashmere, alpaca wool, cotton, silk
2) I try to buy from more ethical brands (βmoreβ because I still feel companies have a long way to go) - SΓ©zane, Patagonia, Soft Goat, Quince
3) I make sure to get the clothes fitted, sometimes this adds up - again to look sharp
And no, I have never been described as a fashionista. But have always been complemented on looking smart / nicely dressed.
Ranges from 50-2000. At fancy dinners/ parties you donβt want to look cheap. People can tell under the lights.

Ranges from 50-100$ for dresses. Jackets and all gets more expensive.
Zara H&M for the win - max $60-70 for a dress unless itβs for a much bigger fancier event. $40 is my upper limit for tops and skirts / shorts etc.
I have realised quality is better and outfits last longer for a few brand and those always end up being expensive lol. Let me know if you know affordable brands with good quality
I donβt agree on the pics part. You can pair the same top / sweater with jeans, shirt skirt, long skirt to get a different look. Other variables are shoes (sandals, heels, boots), hair, purse, jewellery.
I spend between 100 and 150 for dresses. Occasionally when I see something I really like, I would spend more but thatβs definitely not the norm.

The fatter I become the more I spend to hide them rolls
