Can anyone please suggest which company is better. Although I have joined Incedo a week back and getting a package of 18.5 LPA, plus I am holding an offer from HCL Technologies holding a package of 15 LPA.
I am quite confused with multiple factors, like job security and work life balance.

I am on my second year of STEM OPT. Was not selected in the H1b lottery this year. Have another shot next year (still low chances of getting selected). Could I still be selected, assuming that some companies are going to lay off some workers/withdraw apps? What should be my plan B if I don’t get selected next year?

Got offer in wipro. HR didnt sharing the project details. So if I join wipro and i didn't like the project/ doesn't match my skillet. can I ask for different project? Will they consider it

Wipro HR asked me to fill on boarding forms to generate employee id. My joining day is on 1st Dec. Will it be problem if I won’t join on joining day.
