Now she's holding an offer letter from Cognizant with a good package but problem is need to join by 19th of April. Is there any way to give spot resignation in Wipro? She's currently on bench.

How to start working as a freelancer on upwork?

I am a ReactJS developer (frontend) with 3.8 years of experience. I currently switched my company but they don't have an opening for ReactJS and kept me on a bench for 3 months and they are telling me now to learn AEM technology and work on the AEM project for now.
They hired me for a package of 16 LPA.
So my questions are is it a good technology to learn? Should I say yes and have a career in it?
Will I get the same package like ReactJS or less? What is future if compared with React?

Any tips on transitioning from a senior designer to ui/visual designer? Should I take a course? Study ux and ui even though I want to focus on UI?
