Best way to improve critical thinking?

Hey folks, I am interested in sustainability and the entire finance aspect of it. However my exp in th area is woefully inadequate. I'm trying to read up. Currently in the finance transformation team at EY (not related at all to sustainability). And no background studies wise.
Is there any chance B4 hire ppl who are interested. Have been with the firm 5 years, but haven't asked yet if they can internally move me.

Hi, I have been looking for an onsite opportunity for years and it has been 7 years now in this organization and yet I have just a couple of expired visas where those were not even used. What does an exit from Salesforce consulting look like? I’m in a technical role leading a small team so my understanding is a technical/solution architect or a development team lead at either Salesforce or an end user like Amazon/Amex.

I have bounced around a couple consulting companies so would prefer not to do it again. Total 4 YOE.

I don’t think I have enough YOE to go for a program architect role at SF otherwise I’d be interested.

Crushed my final two interviews today. I will hear back sometime next week for a verbal offer for a Tech Solutions Consultant on the xWS team. Leaning towards an L4 but maybe they give L5 if the interview feedback was as good as I thought it went. Any thoughts on how I should negotiate base and equity? Maybe ask for sign on too?

What is the perception of a McKinsey solution role that is a CSP? Can I exit to tech? Would the role be better than the T2 role I have now?

Do MBB pay a referral bonus if your referral gets hired?

If you recently left your company to take a fairly prestigious new job, but are right in the middle of MBB interviews, would it make sense to tell them? Or just maintain that you still work where you did when you originally applied? The MBB roles would start next summer anyhow

Have an upcoming pre first round evaluative case with McKinsey coming up. Any idea what to expect in terms of
- is it a full case? Or a smaller case like market sizing?
- how high is the bar to pass?
