Did anyone renew their pluxee card and received the physical card? It's been more than 25 days since I applied for a replacement and it's not yet delivered. Is it possible to track the status. I had activated the virtual card before 4 days but now that is also showing as permanently blocked. Not sure what's the reason

My total experience is 5 in QA, I attended Deloitte interview. First round was technical and it went quite well, they asked lot of theory questions. I answered few and quite I was not sure of answers. She gave feedback like my communication and confidence level is good and project wise I'm having good knowledge and coming to concept wise it's not upto the mark for experience. Hey fishes. I have been offered Management Consultant role with CTC break up in terms of JB, RB, fixed and variable. So is the fixed amount my gross salary without any other deduction except TDS, or will the organisation contribution to PF be also deducted from the fixed component?
